Kurt is originally from Melbourne, Florida. He has his bachelor’s degree in health services administration, as well as his MBA. He spent his early career in multi-unit management and sales, with a focus on people leadership. Today he is an entrepreneur focused on franchising and real estate investing. Kurt, along with Andrew, has spent the last several years investing in Real Estate in the Bay County area. He is passionate about using his hands-on market knowledge to help others realize their investment and home ownership goals.


Eve was born and raised in the panhandle of Florida where she has resided everywhere from rural North Florida to Bay County. She has spent almost a decade of her corporate career managing a multi-million-dollar book of business as a Director for a large dental management group, which has given her valuable experience in communication, attention to details and building relationships. After investing in real estate, both flip homes and rental properties for more than 20 years, she decided to get her license and is passionate about leveraging her background and experience in helping others buy or sell their homes or find their next investment. Eve is committed to making her clients’ experience smooth, supported and stress-free.


Moving to PCB in 2006, Andrew has lived beachside ever since! Growing up working retail at Pier Park, in restaurants like Boatyard and Firefly, or beach services on the world’s most beautiful beaches. While watching our area grow, Andrew has become an expert in location, attractions, food, and so much more. Listening to your needs and what you find important in your next purchase is how Andrew provides value. All while working with you directly to decide what makes most the most sense for your next purchase!
